The producer (Alex Thrive) retains full ownership and can continue licensing the same beat to other artists. Think of it like renting a premium studio space — you get full use of it within the agreed terms.
Leases are legally binding agreements. Using a beat beyond your license terms without upgrading is copyright infringement. Always stay within your limits or reach out to upgrade.
