What is Alex Thrive Beatz?

Alex Thrive Beatz manages 5 data types including contact messages. Helps you organize, track, and share your work in 1 place for teams and solo users.

What is the difference between R&B and neo-soul?

R&B (rhythm and blues) is a broad commercial genre that includes mainstream soul, funk-influenced pop, and contemporary radio music. Neo-soul is a more organic, instrument-focused subgenre that emerged in the 90s, influenced by classic soul but with modern, personal artistry — D'Angelo, Erykah Badu, and Maxwell are its founders.

What BPM do R&B beats typically use?

R&B beats typically range from 60–95 BPM, creating a laid-back, sensual groove. Some contemporary R&B pushes to 110–120 BPM with more dance-influenced production. The slower tempos give vocalists space to emote and improvise.

Can I release music commercially with a leased beat?

Yes. With an MP3 or WAV lease, you can release music on all major platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube. For unlimited streams and no distribution caps, the Unlimited WAV Lease is the best option. For full ownership with no restrictions, choose the Exclusive Rights license.

Do I need to credit Alex Thrive when using a leased beat?

Yes, for leased beats you're required to credit the producer as 'Prod. by Alex Thrive' in your song title or credits. Exclusive rights remove this requirement entirely.

How do I download my beat after purchase?

After checkout you'll receive an instant download link via email. Files are delivered immediately — no waiting.

Can multiple artists use the same leased beat?

Yes — leased beats are non-exclusive, meaning other artists can lease the same beat. If you want to be the only artist using the beat, you need to purchase Exclusive Rights.

What is the difference between a lease and exclusive rights?

A lease gives you the right to use the beat for a set number of streams or sales, and the producer retains ownership. Exclusive rights transfer full ownership of the beat to you — it's removed from the store and no other artist can use it.
