By accessing and using this website and purchasing beats or licenses from SONIC.ARC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase any products.

2. LICENSE AGREEMENTS

All beat purchases are subject to the licensing terms specified at the time of purchase through BeatStars. License types include MP3 Lease, WAV Lease, Trackout Lease, and Exclusive Rights. Each license type grants different usage rights as outlined in the respective licensing agreement provided upon purchase.

3. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

All instrumentals, beats, and compositions available on this website are the intellectual property of SONIC.ARC unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the underlying composition. Exclusive purchases transfer full rights as outlined in the exclusive license agreement.

4. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Leased beats may not be registered with any content identification systems, performance rights organizations, or used in ways that would restrict the producer's ability to license the same beat to other parties. Exclusive purchases are exempt from these restrictions.

5. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after a beat has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with your purchase, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. MODIFICATIONS

SONIC.ARC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
